The GentleMOVE is a dynamic mobile hoist that provides comfortable and safe transfers for users. It has a high SWL of 200kg (31.5 stone) providing a solution for hoisting heavier users in environments where there may be carpet, or other factors that reduce mobility.

What is a dynamic mobile hoist?

A dynamic mobile hoist features powered movement as well as a powered lift. It is easily controlled using a push lever ‘touch and go’ system which enables carers to intuitively move a hoist in any direction.

A dynamic mobile hoist reduces the need for carers to push and pull hoists, significantly reducing the risk of short and long term injuries. It also gives a smoother, safer and more enjoyable experience for the patient, increasing wellbeing. Why the GentleMOVE powered hoist?

The ‘touch and move’ control system powers the hoist effortlessly in any direction. By a simple push on the lever, the carer can initiate movement with minimal effort.

A large, powered drive wheel smoothly moves the hoist in any direction, reducing effort from the carer and providing a safe and gentle transfer for the patient.

The powered positioning spreader bar provides assisted positioning when used in conjunction with clip slings.

Making powered hoists available to all, there are a range of purchase options for you to choose from.

• Elevate Finance Scheme – Pay a fixed fee every month for either 3 or 5 years, the equipment belongs to you at the end of the term. All maintenance, repairs servicing and LOLER testing is included in the monthly cost.
• Long Term Rental – With long term rental you pay a fixed monthly fee and all running costs are covered including servicing, maintenance, LOLER testing and repairs. At the end of the term the equipment is returned for reuse and recycling.
• Short Term Rental – If you have short term or emergency requirements short term rental may be best for you. With minimum hire periods only a week, this is perfect for rapidly changing situations. Repairs, maintenance and LOLER testing are all included in the hire cost
• Outright Purchase – If none of the above suit you, you can purchase outright, and choose from one of our maintenance and warranty options to keep your powered movement hoist in perfect condition.
